WATER MAIN BREAK

There is a water main break on Lavender Bloom Loop. Repairs will begin Tuesday morning and water service will be turned off in order to make those repairs around 7:30 am until mid-day. We will update as quickly as possible as information becomes available.

COYOTE WARNING

There have been several reports of coyotes roaming the areas between Birkdale and the Greenway in Cornelius. They have even been spotted on Kings Point Drive very early in the mornings.
Please use extreme caution during the pre-dawn hours with small children, small cats and dogs in these areas. The Cornelius animal control officers are aware of the situation and are working on a solution to the problem.
We will update you on the situation as information becomes available.

Summit Engineering will be test boring the lower three courts on Thursday, November 4th (Rain date November 5th), consequently these courts will be closed for one day.

Webster Services will be sweeping and re-striping/numbering the entire parking lot on Tuesday, November 9th (Rain date November 16th), consequently you must remove all your vehicles from the lot by 8:00 am on 11/9; remaining vehicles will be towed. Vehicles may return after 5:00 pm.

Hello Half Moon Bay Residents,
Waste Management did not service the trash cans last week.
We contacted the Town of Cornelius today and received an answer very quickly.
Waste Management will service the cans TUESDAY and collect the empty ones.

From today on, please use the GREEN cans with the Cornelius logo for trash and the BLUE cans with the Cornelius logo for recycling. You do not have to sort the recyclables and can recycle all paper, cardboard and plastics up to the number 5!

Happy Summer Everyone!

Please remember to be considerate of your neighbors especially in the use of your wonderful swimming facility. No glass of any type and no pets are allowed in the pool enclosure. Mecklenburg County inspectors are out inforce and will shut the pool down if a violation is found.

The use of "day docks" are just as described; for short term docking only. Please remind your guests of this as well.
